well i use

cool RO skin is moonlight butterfly ;] try it
then click the title of the skin
once its done
open your RO folder > skin
then put the skin that you downloaded in the folder skin
then login
alt+o
then tadaaa ull see moonlight butterfly *or somethin dat u downloaded*
